Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of MamaSure, provided by MamaSure (operator details to be completed before launch). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy and Medical disclaimer.

1. Not medical advice

MamaSure provides general information generated with the help of AI. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine based on MamaSure. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and payment

  • The Free plan includes 3 scans per calendar month.
  • Premium includes 100 scans per calendar month and is billed €7.99 per month or €49.99 per year, in advance, through Stripe. The price shown at checkout applies.
  • Unused scans do not roll over. Scans that fail are not counted.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account; Premium continues until the end of the paid period. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, you can exercise it by contacting us.
  • We may change prices or allowances for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits or security, reverse engineering, or uploading content you don't have the right to share or that is unlawful.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep MamaSure available and accurate but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MamaSure is not liable for decisions made based on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
